The hotel boasts a great location, very close to the city center, making it easy to explore the beautiful sights of Rouen. The rooms were nicely decorated but a little cramped, and the service was absolutely wonderful with staff always ready to help. However, I found the dining options to be quite pricey compared to nearby cafes, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, it's a solid choice if you prioritize location and friendly service, but the value for money could see some improvement.
